XISLABS (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates xislabs.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only; client engagements are governed by their own agreements, and our InMyNameKYC mobile app has a separate privacy policy.

When you use the contact form, request a consultation, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you submit: name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — company, phone number, project details, and budget range. We use this to respond to your inquiry, prepare for conversations you request, and send updates you signed up for.

The AI chat assistant

Our website chat assistant helps you explore how AI could apply to your business. If you use it, the conversation content and any details you share in it (such as industry, goals, budget range, timeline, or email) may be processed by an AI service provider to generate replies, and a short summary may be stored so our team can follow up on your request. Don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we receive standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — through hosting logs and, where enabled, Google Analytics (with IP anonymization). We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. Analytics cookies are the only non-essential cookies this site sets.

How we share information

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that operate this website on our behalf — hosting and content delivery, database storage, email delivery, analytics, and AI processing for the chat assistant — under their respective data processing terms, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
