Delete Data Request — InMyNameKYC

You can request deletion of the personal data held about you by the InMyNameKYC mobile application — including your profile details, identity documents, and verification images — as described in the InMyNameKYC Privacy Policy.

How to submit a request

• Email accounts@webenabledsoftware.co.ukwith the subject “InMyNameKYC data deletion request”.
• Send it from (or include) the email address registered with your InMyNameKYC account so we can verify the request.
• Include the full name on the account.

What happens next

Once your identity is verified, your data is deleted or anonymised in line with the retention rules in the privacy policy — data needed to meet legal, regulatory, audit, or dispute-resolution obligations may be retained for as long as those obligations require, and is deleted after that period.
